DR CULLEN PARK is dead… long live Netwatch Cullen Park.
Carlow GAA has become the latest to sell the naming rights to their county ground, following in the footsteps of Mayo and Cavan who now play in Elvery’s McHale Park and Kingspan Breffni Park respectively.
The deal, which includes the naming rights to the county’s training centre in Fenagh too, sees the county broad team up with local company Netwatch who specialise in global risk management.
In a statement today, county board chairman Michael Meaney said:
“We are delighted to have a Carlow based company showing the confidence in the GAA to come on board with us. The naming rights to stadia is something that other counties have done successfully and Netwatch Cullen Park, as it is now to be known, is a very positive step for all concerned.”
